  • For many of our clients the first reason for using us is that we are NOT a dealership. We are a small owner operated service facility with the same owner for 20 years.  Jim Geres our lead Master tech, has been here since 1992 – over 17 years.  Our technician with the least tenure has been here for 5 years.  That in itself is a statement of how I treat people.  My name is on every invoice, I will ensure that you are satisfied with your service at Erickson’s.
  • Communication; the #1 reason we have conflict in life is poor communication with others.  You will not have to go thru layers of people to get your car serviced at Erickson’s.  No need to speak to a receptionist, greeter, service advisor, shop foreman, technician and then finally to the cashier to get your car repaired.  You will normally speak with me, Bill Erickson and if you wish to speak with or have a technician ride with you, no problem, we’re happy to.
  • Our skills, training and qualifications: Myself and all my technicians are all ASE Certified Master Technicians and Oregon DEQ Certified.  We continually attend technical seminars and keep our equipment updated to service late model vehicles.  Erickson’s Automotive technicians take full advantage of the Internet to pool their knowledge with other technicians around the world.  The international Automotive Technicians Network (iATN) is an Internet-based group of thousands of automobile technicians.
  • Our Warranty: 18 Months Unlimited Mileage on Parts and Labor.  Your new car warranty is fully covered when Erickson’s maintains your vehicle.

I am having a problem with my vehicle. Can you tell me what could be wrong via email or phone?

A. It is beyond the scope of this web site to provide technical diagnosis via Email.  We can schedule you an appointment to have our ASE certified technicians diagnose your Domestic or Asian vehicle.

Where can I get my car stereo repaired?

Here at Erickson’s Automotive!  We remove your stereo and send it out to our trusted car stereo shop for evaluation and a quote to repair.

Do you accept credit cards?

A. We sure do… Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. We accept Checks and Debit Cards as well.
